Will you take my things to the office or floor of my choice?
Yes. Providing access is clear we will always aim to put items into their new rooms. It would be very helpful if you label your items, or create a site plan for us to follow, so there's minimal disruption to yourself.
Do you provide a dedicated move co-ordinator?
You will have one point of contact for site visits, quotes, queries, communications and invoicing. On the day of the move, the removal foreman will introduce themself and act as your 'go to guy' for the duration of the physical removal.
Are you insured and will my items be protected in the removals vehicle?
We have an extensive public liability policy, alongside Goods In Transit insurance for all aspects of removals and courier work. You can opt to increase the baseline cover for extra peace of mind - or not - if you feel there is no substantial value to cover. Your business insurance may already include coverage for moving. All vehicles are equipped with plenty of removals blankets, straps and rails, to ensure you items do not move around during the journey, or become knocked, damaged or scratched. We have a range of additional protection materials & services available to all.
Can you do the move outside of business hours?
Yes 100% - this is a great way to ensure minimal disruption to your workforce. Talk to us, and we can come up with a tailored plan together.

Do we need to dismantle furniture?
If an item cannot get through doorways it will need to be dismantled. You are welcome to do this yourself prior to move day, or we can include dismantling & reassembly in your quote.
How far in advance do I need to book Waters Removals & Storage?
We tend to book up 1-2 weeks in advance. Lots of people get in touch to chat to us about their upcoming move before dates have been decided - this is great! The more notice we have, the more likely we will have space in our diary to accommodate your move.
Do you offer long distance moves?
